You’ll get a email each Wednesday with the links to all content and current passwords, plus that week’s live session times/dates/passwords, as well as archive links.

Content:

Here’s a link to the video, recorded archive and bonus content to get you started: Video, Webinar Archive and Bonus Content .

Current Password:   Changes weekly – included in your weekly subscriber email.

Live Session Days/Times: Your subscription includes a live resume review/Q&A session – run at set days/times. Each class has a unique link and password that will be sent to you in the weekly announcements – you’ll get these emails the night before/day of the class.

If you can’t make the live class, you’ll have access to the class archives, sent in your weekly announcement email on Tuesday night/Wednesday. The archives are also great to review when you are working on your resume and job search plans.

Live Session Times: Wednesday evenings 8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT/6:00pm MT/5:00pm PT

Emails: When you subscribed, you were sent a number of emails (including this welcome email and purchase receipts).

You’ll want to “whitelist” ResumeSecretsWebinar@gmail.com , phil.reCareered@gmail.com and phil.rosenberg@ResumeWebinar.com , telling your email provider that emails are important to you (I’ve listed whitelist instructions for major email providers here: http://resumewebinar.com/email-whitelist-instructions        ).

As an unlimited subscriber, you’ll get a number of different emails each week from me. These are important, because they contain class registration links and passwords (unique for each class). They also contain archive links and passwords.

Weekly Announcement Emails: Weekly announcement emails contain registration links and unique class passwords. Weekly subscriber emails are sent each Wednesday and contain passwords for both content and for that week’s webinar. You can distinguish these emails by sender email (ResumeSecretsWebinar@gmail.com) and by subject (includes “Resume Webinar Invitation & Updated Content Links“). Passwords change weekly.

If you can’t find your weekly subscriber email, search for this email address or by subject line. Search All Mail, each folder and tab, including spam and trash. Cell phones and tablets don’t always show complete results, so use a desktop/laptop to search. If you still can’t locate subscriber emails, search by the email address ResumeSecretsWebinar@gmail.com.

After trying these steps first, if you still can’t find them, email me and I’ll provide assistance.

Daily Job Search Tip Emails: The emails you get from JobSearchWebinars@gmail.com are my daily job search tips, and include information that’s additional to your subscription. These emails contain also information about upcoming introductory webinars I hold for people who haven’t yet become a subscriber.

GoToWebinar class reminders: After you’ve registered for a class, GoToWebinar emails you a few class reminders. These contain the class link – but not the password. The unique class password is only contained in the weekly announcement emails.

Hint: Copy the weekly announcement email into your online calendar/outlook/phone, so that you have the password for that week handy.

Didn’t Get The Weekly Email/Lost Password? No problem – just email me at least 2 hours before the scheduled start of the class, identify the class you’re registered for and I’ll reply with a copy of the weekly email containing your password. If you have continued problems receiving my weekly emails contact me and we’ll figure out the problem together.

Note: If you email me less than 2 hours before the start of the class, it’s likely I won’t see your email until after the class is over (it takes me a few hours to prepare for each class).

Getting Started: You can get started a few ways, depending on your goals:

  1. Planning: Start with the Interview-A-Week plan included in the bonus content. Then go to the video page to fill in additional content you’ll need – Make sure to watch Session 3, 4, and 6 at a minimum. Watch some of the live or recorded resume reviews (Invites for live webinars sent each week, or see Webinar Archives for recorded resume reviews).  Recommend you try to implement changes in your resume right after you watch each video and resume review (don’t try to do it at the end of all of the webinars/archives – you’ll forget too much). Then email to me for review.
  1. Full Program: Start with the Videos – Sessions 1-2 are intro videos, great if you haven’t searched for a job in a while. You can watch in order, or based on your specific job search needs but make sure to watch Session 3, 4, and 6 at a minimum.
  1. Resume Review Preparation: Start with the Resume Template included in the bonuses – The template includes links to improve specific areas of content of your resume. Alternatively, you can start by watching Sessions 1-12 in order (especially helpful if you haven’t searched for a job in a while, or you’re unconfident in resume writing skills).  Make sure to watch Session 3, 4, and 6 at a minimum.
  1. Fast Track Resume Review Preparation: This is for confident resume writers, and those who have had successful recent job searches – If you want to fast track your resume review, here’s the bare minimum you can do to get your resume ready for review. Make sure to watch Session 3, 4, and 6 at a minimum.

Resume Review: Since you are qualified for a Live Resume Review, please email your current resume in MS Word to me at phil.reCareered@gmail.com . Please use the subject line “Resume Secrets unlimited subscription resume for review attached” (so that I can identify your email from the hundreds I receive daily). Please note: I recommend that you review the first 12 video sessions of Resume Secrets and use the bonus resume template, to make your “first shot” at improvements before sending to me – that way my review will fine tune and give you a better end result.

See Getting Started above to learn how to prepare for your Resume Review. When you’ve completed, email me your resume with subject line “Subscriber Resume For Review”, and I’ll schedule your review for an upcoming Wednesday subscriber webinar.

Make sure to watch Session 3, 4, and 6 at a minimum.

If time is more critical than quality for you, then send me your current resume and I’ll email you a limited review, showing you where you need to focus your resume help. If you want me to review your raw resume, it will be limited to less detail and refer you to where you can find the detail in the videos.

Recruiter Resume Distribution Bonus: Since you’ve enrolled in this webinar/video series to improve your resume, it doesn’t make sense to distribute your resume before you first at least learn some basic ways to improve it. I recommend you delay sending me your resume for distribution until you’ve covered enough the first 12 video sessions, attended a few webinars, and you’ve asked enough questions to feel more confident in making significant changes to your resume.

When you feel that your resume is ready for distribution, just send it to me – Please use the subject “Resume Secrets resume for distribution”, so I’ll know you’re ready to have it sent.

Problems/Billing Questions: Problems and billing questions that aren’t related to webinar access are handled in batches, not immediately – but they will be handled. ResumeWebinars.com, reCareered.com, Career Central and the other services I provide are run by a really small staff – me.

The good news is that when you work with me, you work with ME.

The bad news is … there’s only one of me. I’m the marketing department, the billing department, the customer service department, the tech department, respond to the hundreds of emails I get daily, write all the articles, put together the webinars, create and manage the websites, walk the dogs, and take out the garbage too. Sometimes, I even sleep (you’ll see emails from me at some crazy hours) or work out and run (to keep sane).

Ok, the dogs are officially part of my staff, but they can’t do much other than be models, without opposable thumbs …

I look forward to helping each and every one of you end your job search frustrations, empower yourself, and get your next job!

Phil
